Honeyslide signs with Critical Heights

Following the success of their (now sold out) eponymous debut cassette release and their split 7″ with YRRS, my friends in Honeyslide have just announced that the band has signed a deal with Critical Heights records. The label is based in London and is home to lo-fi and fuzz-pop acts such as Keel Her, Savaging Spires and Talibam!.

The group released the track Sugar Routine a few weeks back to great response, and the other day posted a link to Black Dolphin, a rolling ocean of shoegazey goodness, as well. It is likely that these tracks will feature on the band’s now forthcoming 10″ release with the label. I’ll post any information on that when it arrives. For now, check the new tracks out and look out for the band in 2013.
